Activity Log

Every editable entity in LogicSite — projects, floor plans, devices, device groups, service requests, work orders, junction boxes, and conduit paths — writes to a unified entity activity log. Each entry records who performed the action, when, and what changed.

What Gets Logged

• Field edits — old and new values for every tracked field
• Status transitions — phase changes, project/operational status changes, service request lifecycle
• Placements and moves — device adds, moves, removals on the canvas
• Relationship changes — vendor invites, collaborator grants, device connection changes
• Lock events — edit lock acquire/release, change-order snapshots

Viewing Activity

Open any entity's detail drawer and switch to the Activity tab. Activity is rendered in the ActivityDrawerShell split-panel with comments and file attachments alongside, so you see the conversation and the change history in one view.

Activity in the Pulse Feed

For site owners, the Pulse feed (portfolio-level) aggregates activity across every project, structure, and vendor under a portfolio. It ships with a modal viewer and a PDF export so facility managers can hand a readable change log to stakeholders.

Retention

Activity retention is governed by your tier (see the pricing page). Platform admins can extend retention for Enterprise tenants.
