Account Setup

After signing up, configure your organization to match how your team operates. This ensures everyone on your team has the right experience from day one.

Organization Profile

Your organization is the top-level container for everything in LogicSite — customers, projects, team members, and settings.

Click the Settings icon in the sidebar to open your organization settings.

Fill in your company name, address, and contact information.

Upload your company logo — it appears on reports and project exports.

Your organization name appears in email invitations and shared project views. Choose something your clients and team will recognize.

User Profile

Each team member has a personal profile that controls their display name and notification preferences.

Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Update your display name, email, and phone number.

Configure your notification preferences for project updates, approvals, and messages.

Dashboard Overview

Once your account is set up, your dashboard becomes your command center.

Contractor Dashboard

The contractor dashboard shows your customers list with project counts for each. The sidebar gives you quick access to:

  • Projects — All your active and completed projects
  • Shared — Projects shared with you by other contractors
  • Service — Incoming service requests from site owners
  • Work Orders — Active work orders created from accepted service requests
  • Inbox — Notifications for approvals, messages, and project updates
  • Reports — Generate project status, device inventory, and activity reports

Site Owner Dashboard

Site owners land on the Portfolio at /portfolio, which shows:

  • KPI metrics — Device counts, status breakdowns, and active device percentages
  • Charts — Device distribution and trend analysis visualizations
  • Sites grid — All properties with structure, device, and floor plan counts
  • Sidebar navigation — Sites, Projects, Service Requests, Inbox, and Reports

LogicSite automatically routes you to the correct workspace based on your team type — contractors see the Dashboard, site owners see the Portfolio.
